Items are handmade with love and care small imperfections can occur however feel free to contact me for any issue. The design on this cup is made with permanent vinyl.

Processing time:
All cups shipped within 5-7 business days. Once you receive a tracking number please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update. Shipping time (days) depending on your location and the shipping speed you pay for. Please double check your address before placing the orders once an item ships the address can not be updated.

- Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only offered for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact me (Jessica) within 7 days of receiving your item with photos of the damage or defect. - Non-Refundable Items:
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additionally, any items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be refunded.
